Estimates
All estimates are provided in good faith based upon the information available at the time. Final pricing may change if: Furniture dimensions differ from those provided. Hidden damage is discovered. Additional labor becomes necessary. Material selections change. Project scope changes.

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required before production scheduling. Materials are ordered upon receipt of the required deposit.

Timelines
Estimated completion dates are estimates only. Production timelines may change due to: Material availability. Supplier delays. Shipping delays. Project complexity. Unforeseen repairs. Weather or delivery conditions. Hudson Valley Upholstery cannot guarantee completion by a specific date unless agreed to in writing.

Client-Supplied Materials
Customer's Own Material (COM) may be accepted only with prior approval. Hudson Valley Upholstery is not responsible for defects, shortages, flaws, dye lot inconsistencies, or performance issues associated with customer-supplied materials. Additional labor charges may apply if client-provided materials require special handling.

Furniture Condition
Many upholstered pieces contain hidden structural damage that cannot be evaluated until disassembly. If additional repairs become necessary, we will notify the client before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

Fabric Selection
Clients are responsible for approving fabric selections before ordering. Color may vary due to lighting conditions, dye lots, monitor settings, and natural material variation.

Measurements
Clients are responsible for verifying measurements when providing their own. Hudson Valley Upholstery is not responsible for incorrect customer-provided measurements.

Payment
Unless otherwise agreed: Deposits are due before work begins. Remaining balances are due upon project completion and before delivery or pickup. Late balances may delay project release.

Storage
Completed furniture not picked up within fourteen (14) days after notification may incur reasonable storage fees unless other arrangements have been made.

Photography
Hudson Valley Upholstery may photograph completed projects for quality documentation and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before work begins.

Intellectual Property
All website content, photographs, branding, graphics, pricing guides, educational materials, and written content remain the property of Hudson Valley Upholstery and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
